The first step to start trading on Trendo is to sign up and complete the identity verification process.
Trendo allows you to simply and quickly complete your registration and verification through the trading platform application. To do this, follow the steps below:
Download and install the Trendo trading platform app based on your device. Open the app, navigate to the Login/Register section from the menu, and tap the Register option.
After entering the registration page, carefully enter the required information, including your first name, last name, email address, and password.
Read the privacy policy terms thoroughly, then check the box labeled "I accept Privacy Policy Terms," and click "Register."
After registration, a welcome message will be sent to your email. Check your email and click on the "Verify Email" to confirm your account.
Your first and last name must exactly match the name on your ID document. Nicknames are not allowed.
Be careful in selecting your email. Since accessing your account, password recovery, and other actions on the Trendo broker are performed through your email.
After registering with Trendo, the next step is identity verification.
1. Navigate to the “Profile” section from the menu.
2. Check that your first and last name match exactly as they appear on your official ID.
3. If your email is not verified (shown in red), please complete the email verification process.
Validation of Identification Documents
By selecting the "ID card validity" option, you will proceed to the next stage. In this stage, you must:
Select your nationality.
Upload a valid ID document (National ID card, Passport, Driver's License, etc.).
Enter your national ID correctly.
Your documents will be reviewed and approved as soon as possible.
Phone Number Verification:
The next step is to verify your phone number.
From the menu, go to the profile section and tap on the Phone number. Enter the phone number and tap "Continue." Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you in the corresponding box and tap on Verify.
!! Please ensure that you select the correct country code.
The final step of verification is confirming your place of residence.
To do this, go to the address verification section and enter the requested information accurately. This information includes the country, State, City, and Street address.
!! Please note that the information entered must be correct and factual. If necessary, the Trendo support team may request that you upload documents, such as a utility bill.
By doing this step, your verification process will be complete.
Important Identity Verification Notes
Verification documents are reviewed as quickly as possible, and if any information is missing, the user will be notified to make the necessary corrections.
Each user needs to complete identity verification only once but can create multiple trading accounts under the verified profile.
Identity verification is required for deposits and withdrawals (crypto deposits are allowed without verification).
