Changing or Recovering Your Password on Trendo
On the Trendo trading platform, users can change their password or recover it if they have forgotten it.
This process varies depending on whether or not you have access to your account.
Changing Your Password
Log in to your trading account via the Trendo trading platform.
From the menu, select the "Profile" section.
Tap on … at the top of the page and select "Change password."
On this page, if you remember your current password:
Enter the current password.
Set your “New password” (must be at least 8 characters long, a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols).

Recovering Your Password
Go to the "Profile" section from the menu.
Tap on … at the top of the page and select "Change password." Then, tap the "Forgot password?" option.
Enter the email address registered with Trendo (ensure there are no typos in the email), and tap recovery.
A password recovery link will be sent to your email.
Open your email and click on "Set a new password."
On the page that appears, enter your new password and confirm it, then tap “Submit.”
Please note that your chosen password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Recovering Your Password When You Don’t Have Access to Your Account
If you have forgotten your password and are logged out of your account, follow these steps:
Open the Trendo app and select "Login / Register" from the menu.
Select "Forgot password?"
Enter your email address (the one you used to register with Trendo) and click "recovery."
If you see the message "Please check your email to reset your password," it means your email is correct and the recovery link has been sent to your email.
Open your email and click on "Set a new password."
Enter your new password and confirm it according to the password rules:
It must be at least 8 characters long.
It must include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Tap "Submit" to change your password.

Important Note:
If you have submitted multiple password reset requests, please use the most recent email address you received.
Common Errors:
If, when entering your email to recover your password, you see the message "The selected email is invalid", it means your email address is incorrect.
Solution: To recover your username, please contact Trendo Support. Our team will guide you after verifying your identification documents.
If, during password recovery, you see the message "Too many attempts! Try again in 60 minutes", it means there have been multiple attempts. You must wait 60 minutes before trying again.
