Changing or Recovering Your Password on Trendo
On the Trendo platform, users can change their password or recover it if they have forgotten it.
This process varies depending on whether or not you have access to your account.

Changing Your Password
Log into your Trendo trading account.
From the menu, select the "Profile" section.
Click the three dots at the top of the page and select "Change Password."
On this page, if you remember your previous password:
Enter the old password.
Set your new password (must be at least 8 characters long, a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols).
Click the "Change Password" option.
Recovering Your Password
Go to the "Profile" section.
Click the three dots at the top of the page and select "Forgot Password."
Click the "Forgot your password?" option.
Enter the email address registered with Trendo (ensure there are no typos in the email).
A password recovery link will be sent to your email.
Open your email and click on the "Set New Password" option.
Set your new password and save it.
Recovering Your Password When You Don’t Have Access to Your Account
If you have forgotten your password and are logged out of your account, follow these steps:
Open the Trendo app and select "Login/Registration" from the menu.
If needed, go to "Settings" → "Language" to change the app language to Persian.
Select "I forgot my password."
Enter your email (the one you used to register with Trendo) and click on "Recovery."
If you see the message "Send recovery to your email," it means your email is correct and the recovery link has been sent to your email.
Open your email and click on the "Set New Password" option.
Enter your new password and confirm it according to the password rules:
Must be at least 8 characters long.
A combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Click "Submit" to change your password.
Important Notes
If you have requested password recovery multiple times, make sure to use the last email you received.
If you see the message "The selected email is invalid" when entering your email for password recovery, it means your email is incorrect.
Solution: To recover your username, contact Trendo support through the "Contact Us" section. Our team will assist you after receiving your identification documents.
If you encounter the message "Too many attempts. Try again in 60 minutes," it means due to multiple attempts, for security reasons, you must wait 60 minutes before trying again.
If, after clicking "Submit" in the final step, you see the message "Invalid password reset token," it means the password recovery link has expired. In this case, repeat the password recovery steps.
