Changing Email or Username on Trendo

On the Trendo platform, the username of each account is the registered email address. It is possible to change the email, but this process may vary depending on the account's verification status.

Changing Email When You Have Access to Your Account

  1. Log into your Trendo trading account.

  2. From the menu, select the "Profile" option.

  3. Check your email status:

    • Red email and unverified status: You can directly change and verify your email.

    • Red email (unverified) and verified status: Email change is only possible by contacting Trendo support.

    • Verified email: To change your email, you need to contact Trendo support to complete the process.

Changing Email When You Don’t Have Access to Your Account

If you don’t have access to your account and have forgotten your username (the registered email), you can contact Trendo support through the "Contact Us" section on Telegram.

Important Note
 Changing the email requires providing valid identification documents.
 Submitting a written request for the email change is mandatory.
