Email verification on Trendo is a crucial step, as many services, including withdrawals, are only available through email.

Methods for Email Verification on Trendo

  1. Email Verification During Initial Registration
     After completing the registration, a welcome email containing a verification link will be sent to your email address.
     To verify your email, check your inbox and click on the "Verify My Email" option.
     If you don't see the email in your inbox, check the Spam folder.
     If you did not receive the email, you may have entered the wrong email address. In this case, before completing identity verification, go to your profile and enter the correct email, then verify it.

  2. Email Verification via Profile
     Log into the Trendo trading platform and select the "Profile" section from the menu.

     If your email is displayed in red, it means it has not been verified yet.

     If your identity verification has not been completed, you can change your email as well as verify it.
     If your identity has been verified, you cannot change the email, but you can still verify it (email change is possible via support).

Steps for Email Verification from Profile

  1. Click on your registered email.

  2. Click "Continue" only once.

  3. A verification email will be sent to you.

  4. Check your inbox and, if you do not see it, check your Spam folder.

  5. Click on the verification link.

  6. After successful verification, a confirmation message will appear, and the red color will no longer appear on your email in the profile.

Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues
 If you encounter issues when receiving your verification email, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check your Spam or Trash folder.

  • Retry the email verification process.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies and then try again.

  • Turn off your VPN service, as it may cause delays in receiving the code.

  • Try using a different browser or device (if you are using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge).

Important Notes

  • If you have requested email verification multiple times, make sure to verify the last email sent to you.

  • If you have repeatedly requested email verification and faced errors, wait for an hour and then only request verification once.

  • When entering your email, use English fonts for numbers, and be mindful of hidden characters and spaces.

  • Please use an email address that you have access to, as this will be your only communication channel with Trendo.

  • Do not share your email with others, as the withdrawal verification code will be sent to your email.
