In Trendo broker, users have the option to either permanently delete their user account or archive trading accounts. This process is carried out following specific requirements.
To permanently delete a user account (user area), users can submit their request through the account settings. Once reviewed and approved, the user account will be deactivated.
Important Notes Before Deleting Your User Account:
The account balance must be fully withdrawn.
All trades should be closed.
If you have PAMM or CopyTrade accounts, these must be deactivated or settled before proceeding.
Go to the profile section in the menu.
Click on the three dots at the top of the page.
Select the "Delete My Account" option.
Type DELETE and then click on "Delete My Account."
After submitting the deletion request, there is a 30-day period for account recovery. If no action is taken within this period, the user account will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
In Trendo, full deletion of trading accounts is not possible; however, users can archive trading accounts that they no longer wish to use. Archived accounts will remain visible in the user area and can be reactivated when needed.
Go to the menu section in the Trendo app.
In the "Accounts" section, select the desired account and long-press on it.
Choose the "Archive" option.
Go to the menu section in the Trendo app.
In the "Accounts" section, click on the "Archive" option.
Click on the desired account and select "Restore."
