How to Use Charts in the Trendo Trading Platform

Price charts are the primary tool for analyzing financial markets. On the Trendo trading platform, you have extensive options to view, analyze, and manage charts. This guide will introduce you to the methods for using charts on the Trendo platform.

Types of Charts Available on Trendo

On the Trendo trading platform, you can choose from the following types of charts, depending on your analytical style:

  • Candlestick Chart: Displays price behavior over specific time periods using candlesticks.

  • Line Chart: A simple representation of price changes based on closing prices.

  • Bar Chart: Displays the open, close, high, and low prices for each time period.

  • Heikin Ashi Chart: A tool for easier identification of price trends.

Changing the Chart Timeframe

Users on the Trendo platform have access to 10 different timeframes, including:

  • 1-minute (M1)

  • 3-minute (M3)

  • 5-minute (M5)

  • 15-minute (M15)

  • 30-minute (M30)

  • 1-hour (H1)

  • 4-hour (H4)

  • Daily (D1)

  • Weekly (W1)

  • Monthly (MN)

How to Change the Timeframe

To change the timeframe, go to the Chart section and select your desired timeframe from the chart's toolbar.

Using Technical Analysis Tools

The Trendo trading platform offers full access to a wide range of technical analysis tools. These tools include:

  • Trendlines

  • Horizontal and Vertical Lines

  • Fibonacci Tools

  • Price Channels

  • Popular Indicators, such as:

    • Moving Average (MA)

    • Relative Strength Index (RSI)

    • Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD)

    • Bollinger Bands

    • Parabolic SAR

Adding Tools or Indicators to the Chart

To use a tool or indicator, go to the Chart section, select your desired option from the chart’s toolbar, and draw it on the chart by tapping it.

Important Notes

  • Customizing Chart Appearance: You can customize the appearance of the charts (color schemes, line types, display of volume, etc.) from the settings section.

  • Editing or Deleting Drawing Tools: Any drawing tools added to the chart can be edited or deleted at any time.

  • Using Multiple Indicators Simultaneously: For better analysis, you can apply multiple indicators simultaneously on a single chart.

  • Viewing Multiple Charts on Desktop Version: On the desktop version of the Trendo platform, you can open multiple charts at the same time and view them as separate windows or in different layouts.

Viewing One Chart on Mobile Version: On the mobile version, only one chart can be viewed at a time.
