How to Withdraw from Your Trading Account on Trendo
On the Trendo platform, users can use various withdrawal methods to transfer funds from their trading account. Withdrawals can be performed through the Trendo trading platform or the personal cabinet on the Trendo website. Below are the steps for both methods.
Log in to your Trendo trading account.
From the right-hand menu, select the desired real account.
Click on the "Withdraw" option.
Choose the withdrawal method.
Note: Pay attention to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations when selecting the withdrawal method.
Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum $10 or equivalent in the account's base currency) and complete the required information.
Review and verify the withdrawal information to confirm its accuracy so that the verification code can be sent to your email.
Enter the withdrawal verification code that was sent to your email.
Your withdrawal will be processed based on the selected method’s processing time.
Withdrawal via Personal Cabinet on the Trendo Website
Log in to your personal cabinet through the official Trendo website.
From the right-hand menu, select the "Withdraw" option.
Choose the withdrawal method.
Note: Pay attention to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations when selecting the withdrawal method.
Select the real account from which you wish to withdraw funds.
Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum $10 or equivalent in the account's base currency) and complete the required information.
Review and verify the withdrawal information to confirm its accuracy so that the verification code can be sent to your email.
Enter the withdrawal verification code that was sent to your email.
Your withdrawal will be processed based on the selected method’s processing time.
Important Notes
Withdrawal from any method requires complete identity verification.
According to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, withdrawals can only be made through a method that has been previously used for a deposit.
If deposits have been made using multiple methods, withdrawals must be processed in proportion to those methods. Trendo's financial team is responsible for reviewing and confirming this.
The deposit bonus is not withdrawable, but the profit generated from it can be withdrawn.
When withdrawing via cryptocurrency, be sure to carefully check the wallet address.
Bank withdrawals are only possible if the bank account or card is in the name of the account holder.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed instantly.
On market holidays (Saturday and Sunday), you can withdraw if you do not have an open position in the relevant symbols.
If you have an open position, you can withdraw up to 30% of your remaining account balance. Always be aware of your stop-out level when making a withdrawal with an open position.
Trendo does not charge any fees for deposit and withdrawal transactions.
All withdrawal rules apply to internal transfers between accounts.
