On the Trendo trading platform, users can manage the devices connected to their account and immediately change their password or disconnect access if suspicious activity is observed.
Device Section
In the Trendo app, you can view and manage the devices connected to your account. To access this section and view devices, go to your profile settings in the Trendo app, click the three-dot icon, and then enter the "Devices" section.
In this section, you can see all devices connected to your account, along with details, and log out from any additional devices if needed.
Important Note:
When a user logs into their account, a security notification is sent immediately upon login. This notification helps users act swiftly to protect their account in case of unauthorized or suspicious login attempts.
Viewing Connected Devices via the Events Section
In addition to the previous method, another section titled "Events" is available, where all user activities, including date, time, and device type, are logged. This feature allows you to review and control any access to your account in real-time.
To access this section and view events, open the Trendo app, go to the menu, and click on the "Events" option.
Ways to Enhance Security by the User
In addition to technical measures, Trendo recommends that users also strengthen their account security by following these tips:
Use a complex and hard-to-guess password.
Do not share your login details with others.
Regularly review the "Events" section.
Avoid using the web version on public devices or enable the browser’s secure mode.
Activate the fingerprint lock or app password.
Also, if you notice any unusual or suspicious activity:
Immediately change your password.
Log out from your account on all devices.
