Deposit via Visa and Mastercard
On the Trendo trading platform, users can instantly and easily fund their trading accounts using international bank cards such as Visa Card and Mastercard.
Steps to Deposit via Visa Card or Mastercard on the Trendo Platform
Log in to your account on the Trendo trading platform.
From the left-side menu, select the real trading account you want to fund.
Click on the Deposit option.
From the available payment methods, choose Visa Card or Mastercard.
Enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum $10 or the equivalent in your account’s base currency), then click Pay.
You will be redirected to the Visa/Mastercard payment gateway. Carefully enter your card information:
Address
City
Zip Code
Phone Number
Card Number
Expiry Date
CVV or CVC security code
Cardholder Name
Click Deposit.
Once the payment is confirmed, your account will be funded instantly.
Error Cases
If the transaction fails, or if the amount is deducted from your card but not credited to your account:
Take a screenshot of the payment receipt.
Contact the Trendo support team and send the receipt so the transaction can be reviewed.
Important Notes
Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are available both inside the trading platform and through the website’s client cabinet.
Identity verification is required to use Visa or Mastercard deposits.
Before making any deposit, carefully check the displayed payment details; the user is responsible for any incorrect information entered.
The card must support international payments.
Only cards issued in the name of the trading account holder are accepted.
In some countries, issuing banks may block foreign-currency transactions. If this happens, please contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.
Trendo does not charge any fees for deposits.
If the credited amount is lower than what you sent, the difference is due to card-issuer or gateway fees—not charged by Trendo.
Deposit amounts are usually automatically converted to the account’s base currency (e.g., USD or EUR).
