Trading Rules, Fees, and Costs at Trendo

In this article, you will become familiar with the general rules of trading accounts, the structure of fees, and associated costs at Trendo. This information helps you consider expenses and risk parameters before starting trading and develop an appropriate strategy for capital management.


1. Trading Account Structure

Account Types: All trading accounts at Trendo are of the ECN type.
Base Currencies: US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), and other common currencies.
Minimum Deposit: $10.
Trade Volume: Minimum 0.01 lot, maximum 50 lots per trade.
Execution Method: Instant execution with no requotes.
Islamic Accounts: Swap-free for Muslim users (forex pairs and gold) with no time restrictions.
Number of Accounts: Users can open multiple accounts (Real, Demo, PAMM, and CopyTrade) with various base currencies without limits.
Maximum Open Positions: 200 simultaneous trades.


2. Spread

Major Forex Pairs: Floating from 0.0 pips.
Gold (XAUUSD): Average less than 1 pip.
Stock Indices: Average 1 pip.
Other Instruments: Competitive spreads close to zero, depending on market conditions and liquidity.


3. Trading Commission

Standard Lots: $3 per standard lot per side (total $6 for opening and closing one lot).
Non-USD Base Accounts: Equivalent of $6 calculated in the respective base currency.


4. Swap

Swap Rate: In line with interbank market rates and set at the lowest possible value.
Islamic Accounts: Swap-free for specified instruments (forex pairs and gold).
View Details: To check the swap amount for each instrument, long-press the desired symbol to display its details, including swap.


5. Margin Call and Stop Out Rules

Margin Call: At 100% free margin; traders cannot open new positions.
Stop Out: At 70% loss of account balance, positions with the highest loss are automatically closed to prevent further losses.


6. Leverage

Real Accounts: Adjustable from 1:25 up to 1:2000.
PAMM and CopyTrade Accounts: Up to 1:500.
Wallet & Bonus Accounts: Wallet account leverage 200, bonus account leverage 1000.

Automatic Reduction Before Key Events:

  • 30 minutes before important economic news or data, leverage for symbols related to the news is adjusted to 1:100.

  • 30 minutes before market close until 12 minutes after market open, leverage for all trading instruments is set to 1:100.

This measure is implemented to reduce risk and prevent large trader losses.

Small Capital Accounts: For accounts with a balance below $50, the maximum leverage is 1:500.
