Withdrawal of Referral Wallet Earnings on Trendo
On the Trendo trading platform, all rewards earned from the Referral Program are automatically credited to your wallet account on a daily basis.
Each user on Trendo has a dedicated wallet account, in addition to their real and demo accounts, which is specifically for receiving referral rewards and other related payments. The wallet account number is the same as your Referral Code.
Users can withdraw their wallet earnings through two methods:
Note: Withdrawal of referral wallet earnings is only possible after the financial team has verified the activity of the referred accounts and in accordance with the rules of the Referral Program.
How to Withdraw Referral Wallet Earnings through Trendo Trading Platform
Log in to your account on the Trendo trading platform.
From the right menu, select your wallet account.
Click on the "Withdraw" option.
Select the desired withdrawal method.
Note: Users at levels 1 to 4 can only withdraw via the Rial payment gateway. IB users can choose any withdrawal method.
Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum $10 or equivalent in the account's base currency) and complete the required information.
Enter the withdrawal confirmation code sent to your email.
Once the confirmation code is entered, the withdrawal status will change to "Pending."
The withdrawal will be reviewed by the financial team and processed within 4 to 48 business hours. After completion, the withdrawal status will change to "Successful."
Important Notes
Withdrawals from the wallet can be made both via the trading platform and through the Trendo website's personal cabinet.
Identity verification is required for withdrawals.
The minimum withdrawal or internal transfer amount is $10.
It is also possible to transfer referral wallet earnings to real accounts via internal transfer.
All withdrawal and internal transfer rules apply to withdrawals from the referral wallet as well.
